A valid driver’s license (Haitian or foreign — US, Canadian and EU licenses are all fine), a government ID or passport, and the rental payment. Minimum age is 23.

A refundable security deposit is agreed on WhatsApp before pickup and returned in full at drop-off if the vehicle comes back as it left. No credit card hold needed — cash or transfer works.

Full-to-full: you receive the vehicle with a full tank and return it full. Simple, and you only pay for the fuel you actually use.

Yes — delivery inside Cap-Haïtien is free. Milot, Limonade, and other Nord communes are possible for a small fee agreed in advance on WhatsApp.

Travel within the Nord and Nord-Est departments is unlimited. Longer trips (Port-au-Prince) need prior approval. Crossing into the Dominican Republic is not permitted.
